RESERVATIONS: Advance reservations may be made 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily. Office hours vary from December 1 through March 15. To eliminate confusion, we recommend that one person be designated to reserve, confirm and follow up on each rental.

DEPOSITS: A deposit of 50% of the base rate ($100 minimum) is required to reserve an efficiency, villa, or cottage. A deposit of $100 is required to reserve a motel room. One night rentals require full advance payment, including taxes. Personal checks will not be accepted less than 30 days prior to arrival date. Weekly reservation balances are due 30 days prior to arrival.

PHONE/SECURITY DEPOSITS: A minimum deposit of $50 is required on all units. In addition to collect and credit card calls, this deposit allows calls to be billed directly to your accommodation.

PETS: During the spring, fall, off and winter seasons only, pets are permitted in the East, Storm and Round 261-262 cottages. Please no pets on main grounds at any time. All of our beaches have leash laws, 6ft or less at all times. In addition to the required security deposit, there is a pet fee of $70.00. Only one pet per unit. Notice of pet must be made at the time of booking and a signed pet agreement is required.

CANCELLATIONS: Cottages require 60 days notice for a deposit refund. If cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival, the entire deposit will be forfeited unless we are able to re-rent the accomodation. A 30 day notice is required on Suites and one week for motel rooms. Reservation transfers are treated as cancellations.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: Offered at 6.5% of the rental amount including taxes. Please ask for more details, or visit CSA Travel Protection.

EXTENDED STAYS: Reservations exceeding one week will be prorated at the weekly rate.

2011 RESERVATIONS: To assure priority, guests requesting the same unit, same week next year must make reservations by noon on the first Wednesday of their stay. A $30 non-refundable reservation fee is required per unit at the time of reserving.

PRIVACY POLICY: Lighthouse View takes your privacy very seriously and will not share any information about you with another party. This includes automatically gathered data such as e-mail addresses, browser cookies and IP addresses. This also includes any information submitted via an electronic form such as name, address, and phone number. If you believe that your information has been compromised in any way by your use of this web site, please
email us immediately. We will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
